Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Casillero del Diablo Belight Rosé Wine 750ml (very cold)
- 1 liter of mineral or soda water
- 2 oranges, sliced
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1 green apple, diced
- 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional, to taste)
- Ice to taste
Preparation:
- In a large pitcher, place the orange, lemon, apple, and strawberry slices.
- Add the sugar (if using) and stir well to blend the flavors.
- Pour the chilled Casillero del Diablo Belight Rosé Wine over the fruit.
- Add the mineral water or soda and stir gently.
- Add ice to taste and garnish with additional fruit slices (optional).
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Tips:
- You can use other seasonal fruits such as peaches, pears or melon.
- If you want to give your clericot a more special touch, you can add a little fresh orange or lemon juice.
- You can also use a blend of rosé and white wines to create a more complex flavor.
- For a lighter version, you can use unsweetened sparkling water.
- Serve your clericot in wine glasses or tall glasses.
