Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle of Casillero del Diablo Belight Rosé Wine 750ml (very cold)
  • 1 liter of mineral or soda water
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 1 green apple, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional, to taste)
  • Ice to taste

Preparation:

  1. In a large pitcher, place the orange, lemon, apple, and strawberry slices.
  2. Add the sugar (if using) and stir well to blend the flavors.
  3. Pour the chilled Casillero del Diablo Belight Rosé Wine over the fruit.
  4. Add the mineral water or soda and stir gently.
  5. Add ice to taste and garnish with additional fruit slices (optional).
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Tips:

  • You can use other seasonal fruits such as peaches, pears or melon.
  • If you want to give your clericot a more special touch, you can add a little fresh orange or lemon juice.
  • You can also use a blend of rosé and white wines to create a more complex flavor.
  • For a lighter version, you can use unsweetened sparkling water.
  • Serve your clericot in wine glasses or tall glasses.
