"Cempasúchil Flower" Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of Mexican red wine (SKU VX0394)
  • 25 ml of orange liqueur (SKU 7685 )
  • 15 ml of fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Ice
  • Marigold petals for decoration

Preparation:

  1. Macerate: In a cocktail shaker, place the marigold petals and agave syrup. Muddle gently to release the flower's aromas.
  2. Combine: Add the red wine, orange liqueur, lemon juice, and ice.
  3. Shake: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
  4. Serving: Strain the mixture into a red wine glass. Top with a splash of club soda for a fizzy touch.
  5. Garnish: Decorate with a marigold petal or an orange slice.
