Ingredients:
- 1/2 celery stick
- 1/4 cucumber
- ¾ oz agave syrup
- 1 shot of mezcal
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
Instructions:
- Blend the celery, cucumber, and mezcal together with the lemon juice.
- Strain and serve in a glass with ice.
- Add ginger ale until covered.
