The traditional Piña Colada is made with white rum, but this time we'll give it a drier, fresher twist with gin. The result is an irresistible cocktail, perfect for enjoying on a sunny day or at a get-together with friends.

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of gin
  • 100 ml of natural pineapple juice
  • 50 ml of coconut cream
  • 30 ml simple syrup (optional)
  • Crushed ice
  • Cherry and pineapple slice for decoration

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine the gin, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and simple syrup (if using).
  2. Add crushed ice and blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass or tumbler.
  4. Decorate with a cherry and a slice of pineapple.
