Its complex and elegant character comes from the agave's slow growth (up to 20 years), its cooking in a conical stone oven, grinding with a tahona, natural fermentation in wooden vats, and double distillation in a copper still. The result is a profound sensorial experience: vegetal aromas, earthy flavors, and a lingering finish that embraces the soul.
