This young mezcal is produced in Oaxaca and is made with 100% Espadín agave , from plants that have matured for six to seven years . Traditional methods are used: underground cooking in a pit oven, milling with a horse-drawn tahona , natural open-air fermentation, and double distillation in a copper still , giving it an authentic, artisanal profile.
