Made in Oaxaca with cultivated Espadín agave, it is an artisanal mezcal that honors traditional methods: cooking in a conical stone oven, grinding with a stone mill, fermentation in wooden vats, and double distillation in a copper still. Its profile is smooth, slightly smoky, and perfect for those new to the world of mezcal or seeking a balanced and versatile spirit.
