This artisanal mezcal comes from the town of San Andrés Miahuatlán, in the southern highlands of Oaxaca. Crafted by the family of master mezcalero Don Valente Ángel, this young mezcal is produced from Espadín agave grown in calcareous soils at high altitudes, giving it an elegant and complex profile.
