MEZCAL JOVEN 100% MONTELOBOS ENSEMBLE 750ML
A symphony of agaves: smoke, fruit and spices in harmony
This young mezcal is made in Puebla, at the Palenque del Tentzo, in San Nicolás Huajuapan. It uses a blend of organically cultivated agaves: Papalote as the base, complemented by Espadín and Tobalá . Cooking takes place in a conical brick oven (not buried) using oak and tepeguaje firewood. Grinding is mechanical, fermentation is natural in open wooden vats, and distillation is carried out in wood-heated copper stills. Each stage seeks to highlight the complexity and naturalness of the blend's profile.
