A premium expression crafted in Oaxaca, Mexico , with 100% Espadín agave . After artisanal distillation in a copper still, it rests for three to six months in new or used American oak barrels. This aging provides soft notes of caramel, vanilla, and spices, combined with the classic smokiness of young mezcal.

Flavor: Medium texture, sweet and rich entry; notes of honey, sweet cream, vanilla and nuts are perceived, with an aromatic finish of spices and very faint smoky agave.

Ideal for enjoying neat, on the rocks, or in elegant cocktails like a Mezcal Old Fashioned or mature citrus cocktails. It pairs well with white meats, tacos al pastor, spiced stews, aged cheeses, or honey and nut desserts.
