Strength, finesse and balance from the heart of Toro
This wine, part of the Matsu collection—which symbolizes the passage of time through viticulture—represents the perfect balance between youth and maturity. Produced in the Toro DO, it comes from century-old vineyards (90–100 years) cultivated using biodynamic methods and minimal intervention. After three weeks of natural fermentation in concrete tanks, it is aged in French oak barrels for approximately 14 months. It is designed to capture intensity without losing elegance.
