Strength, finesse and balance from the heart of Toro

This wine, part of the Matsu collection—which symbolizes the journey of time through viticulture—represents the perfect balance between youth and maturity. Produced in the Toro DO, it is sourced from century-old vineyards (90–100 years old) cultivated biodynamically with minimal intervention. After natural fermentation in concrete tanks for three weeks, it is aged in French oak barrels for approximately 14 months. It is designed to capture intensity without losing elegance.
