The blue agave is slowly cooked in stone ovens and extracted using a volcanic stone bakery. It then ferments in wooden vats and is double-distilled in copper stills. It rests for three to six months in American white oak barrels, producing a smooth, complex tequila with mineral notes that reflect its artisanal method.
