This young mezcal is produced in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca , by Montelobos using 100% Espadín agave . It is distinguished by its triple distillation, including a third stage in which a turkey breast is suspended in the still along with seasonal fruits and spices. The result is a festive and intense expression, typical of traditional Mexican celebrations.
