Baigorri Finca Las Navas Tempranillo Red Wine 750ml
Rioja Alavesa Masal Treasure
This parcel wine comes from the Las Navas estate near the winery, planted with massal-selected Tempranillo. Handcrafted in large 5,000-liter French oak vats, it uses extended intracellular maceration with carbon dioxide snow to extract pure aromas and a silky texture. Alcoholic fermentation, which lasts 30 days, is carried out by gravity, followed by malolactic fermentation in the same vat and 4 to 8 months of aging on the lees in wood.
