Baigorri Finca Las Navas Tempranillo Red Wine 750ml

The mass treasure of Rioja Alavesa

This single-vineyard wine is produced on the Las Navas estate, near the winery, and cultivated with mass-selected Tempranillo. Handcrafted in large 5,000-liter French oak vats, it uses prolonged intracellular maceration using dry ice to extract pure aromas and a silky texture. Alcoholic fermentation, which lasts 30 days, is carried out by gravity, followed by malolactic fermentation in the same vat and 4 to 8 months of aging on lees in wood.
