Monkey 47 is an exceptionally complex, elegant, and sophisticated gin, born from a modern reinterpretation of a historic recipe from the heart of the Black Forest. With 47 selected botanicals and an unparalleled aromatic profile, it is ideal for those seeking a refined sensorial experience, whether sipped neat or creatively mixed.

  • Distillation method: Maceration of the crushed botanicals for 36 hours in a neutral base of molasses with Black Forest spring water; distillation in a Carter-Head still with a botanical steam basket; aging in clay jars for approximately 100 days; subsequent dilution to 47% ABV

  • Taste: Dry and complex, with a balance of natural sweetness and herbal acidity; presence of berries, fresh citrus, spices, and a long, slightly spicy and persistent finish, reminiscent of red fruits and pepper.
