This young mezcal is made entirely from 100% Cuishe agave , sourced from the Central Valleys and Southern Sierra of Oaxaca. Its production method is artisanal: baked in a conical stone oven with mesquite wood, milled using a traditional tahona (baked mill), natural fermentation in wooden vats, and double distillation in a copper still. The result is a beverage with its own identity, faithful to the character of the Cuishe agave and the Creyente style.
