Señor Benito Ensamble Mezcal is a true Oaxacan artisanal gem, crafted from a blend of carefully selected wild magueys, giving it a unique, complex flavor profile deeply connected to the land where it grows. This mezcal represents the perfect balance between ancestral tradition and the modern expression of artisanal mezcal.

Produced in small batches in Oaxaca using traditional techniques such as conical stone oven firing, milling with a tahona (a type of flour mill), natural fermentation in wooden vats, and double distillation in a copper still, this mezcal captures the essence of its origin and honors the mezcal legacy of generations.
