Cooked in traditional stone ovens and distilled in copper stills, the agaves express a clean, fresh, and complex profile, characteristic of high-quality raicillas. By not aging in barrels, the agave maintains its purity, highlighting its herbal and mineral notes with a slightly smoky touch.
