This tequila is made in Amatitán, Jalisco, from organic blue agave. Its artisanal process includes slow cooking in masonry ovens, natural fermentation, and double distillation. It then rests for approximately 12 months in barrels previously used for whiskey, developing a robust and balanced profile.
