This crystalline tequila is made in Jalisco from blue agave, baked in a masonry oven, and double distilled. It ages for 18 months in American oak barrels that previously held bourbon. It then undergoes a filtration process to achieve a crystalline appearance without losing aromatic and flavor complexity. The result is an elegant, smooth, and characterful tequila.
