This wine comes from a vineyard recognized as a "Singular Vineyard," which grows Tempranillo on vines over 75 years old on a sloping hillside with clayey-limestone soil and a north-south orientation. The harvest is manual, and the wine is produced in 5,000-liter French oak vats, followed by aging in new French oak barrels for 24 months.
